Clicking Email Reminder opens this Gmail account and fills the student email, subject and fee message automatically. This Gmail account must be signed in within the browser.
Gmail Web opens the compose page for the saved Hostel Email account. Default Email App opens the mail application configured on the phone or computer.
Save the Hostel Email first, then use the test button to open Gmail Compose and verify the account.

Upload a PNG or JPG logo. It appears in the sidebar, on the login screen and in the PDF report header. Large images are auto-resized (the logo saves as soon as you select it).

Add any provider's public hosted checkout/payment link. Residents will see a secure Pay Now button in the Student Portal, and fee reminders will include the owner's payment link automatically.

Security: Never enter a gateway secret key, card number, password, OTP or PIN here. Add only a public payment link, public merchant/account identifier, or bank-transfer instructions. Payment is completed on the provider's own hosted page. Firebase payment permissions are managed centrally by the software administrator.

Professional Human-Readable Report
The report is arranged as Rooms → Complete Student Profiles → CNIC Images → Fee History & Arrears → Finance & Accounts. It is separate from the JSON restore backup.
Chrome/Edge desktop can update a user-selected file automatically after one permission grant. Other browsers still receive automatic internal snapshots plus the manual Download Backup option. Clearing browser/site data can remove internal snapshots, so keep a downloaded or connected external copy as well.
